Art in the Park was a idea Robin developed from a life long interest in images and style.

The Art in the Park exhibition of 2003 featured rock stars, photographers, colour blind artists and painters on silk.. pretty diverse for Blackpool.. most people thought I was completely mad.. the Show won a Highly Commended award at the Blackpool Tourism awards...

Art in the Park 2004 went further with paintings on 8 feet square sheets of alluminum, punk musicians, abstracts from a staff member at Tate North and images of New York..

The exhibition won the Gold Award for Innovation of the Year 2004. (Art in the Park 2005 coming to The Globe Gallery in Blackpool ........ October 2005).

Robin has been a long time friend and admirer of David Knopfler and 2005 sees the first UK tour in 20 years for David accompanied on guitar by Harry Bogdanovs and special guest from the USA Megan Slankard. Putting this whole tour together has been so exciting.
